1Who we are
PractiCode Academy is run by Practicode Consult Limited, a company registered in Nigeria (company registration no. 8415811), at 7B Oba Olagbegi, Old Bodija, Ibadan, Oyo State. We are responsible for the personal data described here.
2What we collect
We collect the details you give us:
- When you enrol: your email, full name, WhatsApp number and chosen programme.
- If you are a SIWES or IT student: your matric number, level and introduction letter.
- For payment: your Paystack payment reference, or the transaction ID or receipt you upload for a bank transfer.
- When you message us or ask to be notified: your name, email, phone number and message.
3How we use it
We use your data to manage your enrolment, confirm your payment, issue your certificate, contact you about your classes and reply to your messages. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
5Analytics and cookies
We count visits with cookieless analytics, so we do not set tracking cookies. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your own browser.
6How long we keep it
We keep enrolment records for as long as we need them to run your programme, confirm your certificate if you ask, and keep our accounts. We delete messages and waitlist entries once they are no longer needed.
7Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop using it. Email practicodeacademy@gmail.com and we will reply as soon as we can.
8Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will update this page and the date at the top.
